AEROBIC STEPPER

Aerobic activity will help you stay healthy, strengthen your heart, improve your overall outlook on life and lose weight. One factor to maintaining these benefits is to continue to increase the intensity level of your workout to maintain optimal heart rates as your body becomes aerobically fit.
