STEPPER
Aerobic activity will help you stay healthy, strengthen your heart, improve your
overall outlook on life and lose weight. One factor to maintaining these benefits is to continue to increase the
intensity level of your workout to maintain optimal heart rates as your body becomes
aerobically fit.
One way of making sure your workout increases in intensity is to use an aerobic
stepper.

and flooring will be advised.

The aerobic stepper is great for the gym as well as for home. It is one of the most
portable and affordable pieces of exercise equipment and is readily available at many locations. If you want to try

Many of the fitness centers use the stackable version of the aerobic stepper to
increase the height of the stepper; however, adjustable height steppers are available as well.

workout with you when you travel, if you want to workout in your yard or if you would like to gather with friends
for your own step aerobic session. You will not only enjoy the versatility of this exercise but also the increased
intensity of your workout and the increased benefits to your body.
An aerobic stepper can be purchased at your local sporting goods store, department
store or on line. Don’t forget to purchase a pair of shock absorbing shoes for your workout if you do not already
have them. Appropriate workout clothing and water are also important to an effective workout regime. Finally all
you need is to get to it and stick with it and you will begin to see the positive effects quickly!
