Most people think of aerobics as power walking, running, dancing and even swimming

For fun water aerobic workout that requires slightly different water aerobic
equipment is playing volleyball, water polo and water basketball. The equipment is a ball, a net and some friends
who want to join in the fun! You may be surprised at just how much of a workout you get just playing in the water
and having fun.
Exercises that require no special water aerobic equipment include knee bends,
jumping, kicking and power walking or jogging in the water. You will get an effective workout and stay cool in the
water and be gentle on your body. With or without the equipment water aerobics is fun, cool and
effective.
